Update Letter

Hello Friends & Family,

It is with great joy that Ana and I can tell you that we are learning more each day about our journey with Jesus. Has it been easy? Well, no, it hasn't. Has it been good? Yes it has. Though neither one of us has a corner on the market of having it all figured out, we are encouraged that as we go through the fires of life we are learning more about depending on Him to bring peace.

Julia & JoAna are doing great and we are just blown away every day to see how beautiful our Lord made them. We love to see them smile and laugh and of course test the waters of life. They are absolutely amazing and we need all the prayer you can muster to help us raise them in the ways of Jesus and to protect them from our shortcomings and the schemes of the enemy on their fragile little minds. Julia is just turning 5 and little JoAna just turned 3 in July, my how time is flying by us.

We have been working very hard on trying to keep home school running, Ana is doing most of that, keeping The Pregnancy Center running and trying to spend family time together. Yes this is a tall bill to fill and we are not always as successful as we would like to be in all those tasks. It has become clear that reading the word of God together must be a greater priority for Ana and I. The pressures of all that is going on in our lives is too much for us without guidance and comfort from our Father in Heaven.

The Pregnancy Center been a major focus for the last 3 months as we are gearing up for our premier fundraiser of the year. There is so much planning and work that goes into putting an event together like this one. We are blessed to have a fantastic core team of volunteers that make all the difference in the world when it comes to getting things done. We are so thankful for each and every one of them. Our featured speaker this year is a woman who survived and abortion, yes, her mother tried to abort her at 7 1/2 months gestational age and she survived the procedure. Her life and her story is a MIRACLE. We are absolutely thrilled for her availability to share her amazing story of God's love and provision in her life.

Please pray for us as we have been hit with some unexpected expenses over the last few weeks. We are hoping to be in a much better position financially by the end of this year but when car problems, computer problems and health problems start stacking up it is hard to see a positive end to the financial saga by December 31st.

Please pray for our protection from the schemes of our enemy, the ruler of this earth. He does roam the world looking for those he can devour, we are directly affecting his plans of death and destruction for the human race and we are constantly under attack in one way or another. Please plead the blood of Jesus over us, our minds, spirits, our possessions and the instruments and tools we use to carry out the mission we have been sent to achieve here in Hawaii.

Thank you so much and God bless each and every one of you. We would love to hear from you when you get a chance to drop us a note. Below are our e-mail addresses.
